aecom_logo.psd - the graphic file

This is a file with the AECOM logo, suitable for a color shift to
better match your poster.

Open the aecom_logo.psd in Adobe Photoshop. Using the Image Menu, select
Adjustments and Hue/Saturation. Make sure that the Colorize option is
checked.

Adjust the saturation slider to +75.
Adjust the lightness slider to +50.
Adjust the hue slider to set the color of the logo.

If you wish for less intense color, simply lower the the saturation value.

Finally, "Export Transparent Image" via the Help menu. Select file for
Print (better quality) and save as a PNG. This file will be contoured to
the logo and have the color that you assigned, leaving a more polished
look for the poster.
